As yoga center, Rishikesh yog peeth offers courses in yoga, meditation, pranayama and yoga teacher training from basic to advance level in rishikesh, india. The principal objective of these courses is to provide an understanding of yoga and meditation with whole concept, to learn the principles and Philosophy of Yoga and meditation, its application on human health management and update on modern medical knowledge, particularly human Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and Psychology in reference to applied aspects of Yoga and meditation.

These courses aim to fulfill the need of institutions, individual for Yoga and meditation therapists/teachers and research worker. Their main focus is to create and develop the deep understanding for yoga and meditation at beginners, intermediate and advanced level.

    Every day schedule for yoga courses and yoga teacher training

    - Morning Session
    Starts at 8:00 am to 10:00 am
    Teaching of pranayama and meditation (with little asana, mudras, bandhas and mantra-chanting)

    - Break-fast
    At 10:30 am

    - Break
    In between morning and afternoon session students can have their break-fast and lunch and also can go out side rishikesh market, ashrams, ganga beach or forests for a walk.

    - Lunch
    At 1:00 pm

    - Afternoon Session
    Starts at 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
    Lecture on yoga, history of yoga, different-paths of yoga, yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga kriya, mudra, bandha and yoga therapy.

    - Break
    In between afternoon and evening session students can have tea, coffee or drinks or can go out.

    - Evening Session
    Starts at 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
    Teaching of asana (with little pranayama, meditation, mudras, bandhas and mantra-chanting)

    - Dinner
    At 7:30 pm



    (Every session includes the main content of course as yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra, bandha and mantra-chanting.)
