Starts at 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Teaching of pranayama and meditation (with little asana, mudras, bandhas and mantra-chanting)
- Break-fast
At 10:30 am

In between morning and afternoon session students can have their break-fast and lunch and also can go out side rishikesh market, ashrams, ganga beach or forests for a walk.

- Afternoon Session
Starts at 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Lecture on yoga, history of yoga, different-paths of yoga, yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga kriya, mudra, bandha and yoga therapy.
- Break
In between afternoon and evening session students can have tea, coffee or drinks or can go out.
- Evening Session
Starts at 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Teaching of asana (with little pranayama, meditation, mudras, bandhas and mantra-chanting)
- Dinner
At 7:30 pm
